Guest：Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay.
Guest：The hotel was beautiful. The history is amazing. The food is not good. We ate there twice. It was very expensive and was not very good. The “burger” was loaded with cheese. I like cheese, but it had a ridiculous amount. We had dinner and it was pretentious.
Guest：Some of the lower scores are down to this is an old converted building. However the room had a damp smell and the fittings were not of great standard. Napoli is a busy city and has its own identity so don’t be surprised by the graffiti, busy noises narrow streets. The staff were excellent btw. There is parking available, but be aware driving around the city with its steep and narrow streets provide much jeopardy. The view of the city is great and the 4th floor bar is nice. We would advise walking to the town and using lime bikes to get back
Guest：Hotel was in a convenient location with amazing views from the terrace and roof top. Easy access to parts of the city by funiculars that were close by. Downside was that roof top was off limits to guests for two of the three days staying at the hotel. We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel. On the day we were able to use the pool at 5 pm because we had to vacate due to yet another wedding that was happening that evening. It would have been helpful if the hotel could have informed us of the limited access before the deadline for cancellation given the restriction on hotel amenities.
