  • Guest：We’ve just returned from a fantastic week-long ski holiday over Christmas at the Savoia Palace Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, travelling with Crystal Ski, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. While the hotel is slightly dated in places, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff – they are absolutely outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, they made us feel welcome from start to finish. We stayed on a half-board basis. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection including hot options and eggs cooked to order. Dinner was a five-course affair each evening, and the quality of the food was very high. Although a few dishes weren’t quite to our personal taste, the overall standard was impressive, and the dessert buffet was incredible – a real highlight! Our room was huge, with a sofa and lounge chair, giving us plenty of space to relax after skiing. Housekeeping was faultless: the room was kept spotless throughout the week, and the evening turndown service while we were at dinner was a lovely touch. For skiing, the location is very convenient. The ski lift is just a few minutes’ walk behind the hotel, and there’s a relatively easy ski back in the afternoon, which is always a bonus. Madonna di Campiglio itself is a beautiful town, and the ski area is superb, with something for all abilities. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a fantastic resort – so much so that we’ve already booked to return to the Savoia Palace Hotel next year. Highly recommended!
  • Guest：Per il secondo anno abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza natalizia con un capodanno magnifico. L’hotel in posizione centralissima sulla famosa piazza Sissi, rappresenta ciò che ci si aspetta nell’immaginario classico di montagna; camere molto confortevoli e calde. Parcheggio e deposito sci molto ben organizzato. A pochissimi metri si trova la cabinovia 5 Laghi da cui partire per una escursione con gli sci a dir poco meravigliosa utilizzando la carta Alto.Ski che mi è stata consegnata all’arrivo; praticamente uno skipass a consumo con il miglior prezzo della giornata. Quest’anno abbiamo partecipato anche la cena del 31 dicembre in un’atmosfera molto allegra e amichevole. Tutto il team del Savoia, a partire dalla Direttrice a cui vanno tutti i nostri complimenti, è stato di grande disponibilità, sempre con il sorriso e con professionalità. Insieme a mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina siamo stati accolti e trattati benissimo con nostra enorme soddisfazione - sarà la nostra tappa per il terzo anno il prossimo capodanno. Infine vogliamo ringraziare ancora una volta tutto lo staff e la famiglia Antonioli.
  • Guest：We stay on Savoya palace hotel for one week in february 2023 , beautifull place , very good conditions in room and restaurant , bar with live music and breakfast and dinner was much more then we expect.
  • Guest：Everithing is good. we had a Halfboard and the quality of dinnres was execelent. Just some points - Windows are must to be a more soundproof and may be a little bit improce the ski room. thank you for accomandation. i am sure to come back in next season.
