We had a wonderful stay at Sani Club. The service is truly outstanding! Nikos and his team provide exceptional service and really go above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back.
We booked the two-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, with a huge pool overlooking the sea — truly breathtaking. Having direct and very close access to the beach made the stay even more special, especially for a family. We loved the decor and landscaping, which were elegant, well thought out, and created a very relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa and surrounding areas. Booking dinner and arranging plans was effortless thanks to the excellent concierge team, who were always helpful, responsive, and professional. A special thank you as well to the Front Desk Manager for the warm welcome and smooth experience from start to finish. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a family break — peaceful, well-organized, relaxed luxury. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. And recommend!
Great location, rooms are very nice, staff are wonderful, and Alina Bagiazidou is incredibly attentive and helpful and makes sure your experience is as good as it can be.
Great stay at Sani. It is quite a resort with lors to do and experience. Our concierge Alexandra was the best, very diligent and thoughtful. We really enjoyed it.
We had a very good stay at Sani Club and there is no doubt it is a beautiful, elegant and high-quality hotel. The service was excellent, the surroundings are stunning and the beach entry is lovely. It definitely feels a bit more refined and upscale compared to other parts of the resort. That said, travelling with three small children, I personally found Sani Club less practical than Sani Beach, where we stayed last year. While Sani Club is more elegant in style, its location makes family logistics more complicated. For dinner, going to the marina or the little village requires taking a shuttle, which is not always easy in the evenings with tired children. At Sani Beach, everything is within walking distance, including the port, restaurants and activities, which made evenings much smoother for us as a family. Another important difference for us was dining. At Sani Club, dining is mainly à la carte. Even with half board or all inclusive under the dine-around system, you receive a fixed amount per person and often need to pay the difference, which adds up quickly for families. At Sani Beach, the buffet restaurants are a big advantage with small kids – simple, flexible and stress-free. For children, Sani Beach felt much more convenient overall. The kids club, adventure park, climbing park, bike and stroller rental are all right there, and the flat layout makes it easy to move around during the day. This was a big plus for us when our main focus was the children. That being said, Sani Club is a wonderful hotel and I would absolutely return – but I think it is better suited to couples or families with older children. It also has some fantastic restaurants on site, which are popular with guests from all over the Sani Resort, and the beach itself is excellent. Next time, in 2026, we plan to try Sani Dunes, as we would love to experience all parts of the resort. Overall, Sani Club is very, very nice – just not the most practical choice for families with very young children, in our experience.
Our stay at Sani Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding service. The entire resort is beautifully maintained — lush gardens, crystal-clear beaches, and an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms were elegant, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every meal was a delight — from the rich breakfast buffets to the fine dining experiences at the various restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special every single day. What really stood out was the attention to detail — every little thing is thought through. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, walking along the marina, or enjoying sunset cocktails, everything felt magical. Sani Resort is truly a slice of paradise. We can’t wait to come back — it’s the perfect place for couples, families, and anyone who wants to experience genuine Greek hospitality at its finest. ????
We had a lovely time at Sani club resort. Besides the amazing room, and 5 star facilities what really made our trip was the hospitality of the staff. Special shout out to Alex, Oxanna and George who truly provide a personalised experience making sure every part of our trip was taken care of. Thank you all for an amazing trip we will come back soon!
My husband, 20-month old toddler and I spent 5 nights at Sani Club in mid-September. It was perfect in so many ways... - Excellent restaurants. Despite being very kid-centric, the food was uniformly excellent, even in the buffet. Given the prices for the restaurants and the high quality of the buffet, we ended up eating at the buffet far more than I would have expected going in. It was nice to have a quick, 'always on' option when traveling with a toddler. - Beautiful location. The beach, pool, garden, view from the room...it's truly stunning. I loved our large balcony with great views of the water. After spending 2 weeks exploring the beaches of Kefalonia, I still found the beach here to be excellent. - Childcare. Finding a drop-off creche for under 3's is difficult and I loved that you could sign your child up for 2-3 hours sessions to give yourself a break to relax on the beach or go to the spa. The staff seemed caring and excellent so I felt very comfortable dropping our son off there. - Staff/Communication. I loved being able to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and they were very responsive. So why am I not in a rush to return? Sleep quality is also a huge part of satisfaction with a hotel and we were unable to truly sleep well. While the bed was comfortable, the AC never got below ~23 degrees despite having it set to 19 degrees and running it at the strongest setting for our entire 5 days. There were two vents in our room and I could feel no air coming out of the vent by the bed. They sent engineers who claimed everything was working, but the room continued to not go below 22/23 degrees. At home, we sleep in 19 degrees so this was considerably warmer than we were used to and sadly, they also didn't have fans available. The clientele seems to be primarily European so maybe AC just isn't important to their primary customer base, but if you find AC important for your comfort, it's worth considering my experience which seems not dissimilar with some other reviews I read on FB and TA.
Sani has always been a place I gladly return to. Every aspect of the resort — from the stunning views and delicious food to the variety of activities — brings me great joy. However, I have noticed that some of the newly hired young staff members seem to lack the sense of respect and genuine hospitality that Sani was once well-known for. Fortunately, there are still exceptional employees who continue to work with true enthusiasm, warmth, and care for every guest. I would especially like to recognize Atanas and Borce from Olympus, as well as Sinisa from the Club Cart team, whose professionalism and dedication make every stay at Sani a wonderful experience.
So where to start? Firstly, believe the hype. We've been going to Sani for over 13 years, and for us, it's very hard to find anywhere in the world that compares. You can read all the reviews of how amazing it is on here; I'm just nitpicking a bit. Sani lovers, please don't hate me. ?? **Pros:** The facilities never disappoint. Sani continually invests, and every year there's something new. The whole place, as always, is STUNNING and maintained perfectly (I would say to a higher standard than the top hotels in the Maldives, Mauritius, and Asia). You really won't find a stone out of place. The new road from the club to the marina is gorgeous and really adds to the experience. The pools were warm in October. Our private pool was 29 degrees, the indoor pool was 31 degrees, and the outdoor pools were around 27 (we tested with my husband's Apple Watch). This is a huge bonus and makes coming out of season feasible. There's so much to do. We loved the Bear Grylls Academy, tree top adventure, wall climbing, archery, and the trampoline—all included in the price. Book early before you arrive, as they get very full. The dine-around menu is great value. If you're on a budget, just book restaurants that have one; you won't go hungry. The Sea Grill at Sani Beach stood out for us as a dine-around option—service and food were incredible. The Ouzerie will always be our favorite Sani restaurant; the courgette fritters are my favorite food EVER! Housekeeping was exceptional—way better than Ikos (we've been to almost all of them). The food and drink quality for lunch and dinner is incredible—all fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their ability to remember repeat customers is amazing. The kids' club was fab. It's a shame Club's kids' club is just a room (other hotels at the marina and the new Ikos hotels have way more designated space), but the staff did amazingly with activities and really managed to engage the children. We had a two-bedroom suite with a private pool. It was lovely and big with a gorgeous view. Highly recommend. **Cons:** We had a few cases of very slow service. I'm talking 45 minutes from ordering cocktails to them arriving. This wasn't a one off. A lot of meals had minor things forgotten. It wasn't a huge problem, but the odd glass of wine, coloring pencils, tomato ketchup, and extra plate just didn't arrive. It was a common issue. We weren't very impressed with the new beach bar. The setting is beautiful, but the service was beyond slow, and 18 euros per cocktail for drinks that came in a brown paper coffee cup—while I understand they can't use glass, many pools use nice plastic ones. The food we had there was also a bit limited and overpriced. If you're full board be aware you can't use credit here. We found this out after ordering. We felt taking away the option to have breakfast in the club lounge by the pool was a big mistake. That leaves only two à la carte restaurants for breakfast. You can also no lo
