亚布力温泉国际度假中心是集滑雪旅游、温泉养生、餐饮会议、休闲娱乐为一体的综合型休闲度假景区，项目总占地面积31380平方米，一期主体楼建筑面积14400平方米，庭院建设1万平方米。度假中心的温泉引自地下1800米，经黑龙江省水文地质工程地质勘察院权威鉴定，泉水中含有偏硅酸及锌、硒、镭等10余种微量元素。温泉区由室内水疗池、室外温泉泡池、九天瑶池、儿童戏水池、中医药池和鱼疗池共计36个功能各异的温泉池组成。独具特色的多功能餐饮区含有自助餐区、豪华包房区、大中型宴会区，可同时容纳500人就餐。

Guest：温泉很乾净，泡温泉可以看到雪山非常好看。房间也很乾净服务佷到位很宽敞小童还有一次性小拖鞋，离店时还准备了伴手礼。服务人员都很礼貌，很远就打招呼
Guest：The hotel is nice if you like Chinese food and if you come with your own car or a tour. Advantages: really nice view, hot springs (including one pool outside), massage chairs downstairs, nice standards room, very spacious business suits. Disadvantages (for Western guests): breakfast is fully Chinese and rather spicy, no western restaurants around (there is one nice cafe though), you can’t get to ski resorts if you don’t have a car or a bus, as taxis don’t really operate there. Specifics of the rooms: standard rooms look nice, the business suit was very spacious, but had a super dirty carpet. I think it needs to be regularly hoovered or better just removed. Generally, if you travel with your own car and like a quiet place with nice view - that’s a good hotel.
Guest：When taken to our room it wasn’t the room we had booked. When we got into the room it was a suite which was nicer than what we had booked but it smelt badly of smoke and was just generally run down. The manager did all he could but it was a long and seemingly confusing process for them to change the room to what we had booked. Only two of the hot springs were filled and none of the jets worked in the indoors facilities, very run down. Breakfast was really poor. Certainly not worth the price paid unfortunately. Nice views however.
