  • Guest：An excellent resort with best of facilities in the midst of nature. Loved the surroundings. Very polite and courteous staff. Bookings made simple by Jackson Withomb who guided us well through the booking process and kept a tab during our stay. His responses were very prompt. Hospitality at Sarova Mara was super and we will recommend Sarova Mara to all our friends and family. Jackson promised he would meet our expectations and yes he has exceeded our expectations.
  • Guest：Thr Sarova Mara is a hidden treasure of the Masai Mara! We had 3 very special days (2 nights) in a Deluxe Tent, catering for myself, husband and son (11yrs old). The tent was immaculate with lots of little added extras. Alex, our room attendant, always made sure the mosquito nets were drawn, and even brought us all hot water bottles for the chilly evenings! Perfect for cuddling up and listening to the lions roar in the distance! We had some amazing game drives with a few different guides. Special thanks must be given to Chief Daniel and Chief Benson, aka Chief Benny! The passion, knowledge, experience, care and love they show in ensuring you see everything and experience the awesomeness of the Mara is incredible! Chief Benny was wonderful with our son with no ask being too much... he made our time on the drives the best! Back at the Sarova, special thanks must be given to Kai, who went out of his way to keep our son entertained. From teaching him to fish, play table tennis and archery, nothing was too much bother - thank you! We manages a sunrise hot air balloon flight too, which we would highly recommend...what a way to see the beauty of the Masai Mara and see the animals in a different way. All rounded off with a champagne breakfast! Overall, we had the most incredible adventure and experiences in the Mara and at the hotel. Everyone is very kind and accommodating ... we would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples or solo travellers. Thank you..The Coleys
  • Guest：We had a Girls’ Trip to Maasai Mara Game Camp. It was truly an exceptional experience. From the welcoming and very knowledgeable guide, Mr Patrick to the restaurant staff like Ms Josephine and Mr Douglas to the reception staff. And the food and drinks were local and delicious with delectable desserts to top the meals. We felt the warm embrace of the Kenyan people. And the rooms… exceeded our expectations. And the safari was the star of the show. Seeing these majestic animals in their natural habitat with thousands of acres of land to roam and feed was truly amazing. This resort comes highly recommended.
  • Guest：Wow! We cannot compliment the Sarova Mara Camp highly enough. We stayed for 4 days last week as part of an African adventure for my wife Sam and I. From the moment we landed at the airstrip we were treated superbly and made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Our guide Edward was a real superstar in every way, he was so knowledgable about the Mara and the history of it, and especially expert in the animals who live there. We were lucky enough to see the Big 5 (Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino & Leopard) on day 1, actually seeing 3 rhino just on the journey to the camp from the plane! This was followed up by some amazing game drives with Edward going the extra mile in all regards to make sure we got the most out of our time. Which he did fantastically and we are incredibly grateful to him. The resort itself is beautiful, and although the noise of the baboons on our tent roof kept us awake it was worth it, along with hearing lions roaring in the distance on the last night. The tent was great and very comfortable, thanks to our housekeeper Jack who looked after it each night and made it mosquito proof as well as leaving us hot water bottles. The food was fantastic and varied each day and we want to say a big thank you to the chefs, particularly another superstar Damaris, and her colleague John who greeted us like family at every meal time and bent over backwards to help Sam carry and choose her food. We were celebrating a big wedding anniversary and were surprised on our last day by a personal champagne breakfast at the ‘Salt Lick’ beauty spot which was really special. We only wished that we had known about it so we could have got there earlier and enjoyed it even longer…. The Mara reserve is an amazing place and lived up to all our hopes, especially seeing all the amazing wildlife with a caring and helpful guide (Edward take a bow). It has taken us 25 years to get there but exceeded our expectations, and the Sarova resort was a big part of this, Thank You / Asante! X
