Guest：Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip into Sahara itself. Hotel looks great, spacious with nice areas to relax and with a great pool. Food option are basic but paletable, rooms are pretty basic. No mod-cons here but i've paid more to stay in worss. Staff were polite, helpful, and friendly.
Guest：We stayed here as part of a 2 day tour into the sahara desert where it never rains( it absolutely threw it down, sand was like walking in cement). This hotel falls into what I call my WASH hotel group, ( what a sh it hole). If I had booked this hotel online and was taken there by hotel transfer then I would have walked straight back out and gone home, smoking is allowed everywhere, the surfaces of bar area and tables was so sticky, drinks were served by the measure and very expensive, the bedrooms were awful, the safe wouldn't work and if it did it wasn't bolted down, we could have picked it up and walked out with it, the fridge wasn't plugged in, the shower room was cordoned off with a shower curtain, and the grouting was green and black, food was very limited, the staff were very accomadating, but they have a lot to put up with, plus after already paying tax once at our main hotel, we had to pay again here. Would we go back here, no, we wouldn't
Guest：Stayed here overnight on a 2 day Sahara trip. Whilst the hotel is a little worn overall it was more than adequate for a single night stay. The room was clean and the shower was good and the air conditioning worked well. The service in the hotel was good with plenty of selection on the buffet both for evening meal and breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but the pool area was very attractive and a number of people were still on late at night when it was all lit up.
Guest：This is a average hotel, nothing special when it comes to rooms (a little bit old furniture and bathrooms should be painted), food was enough at restaurant. 4 dinar the water. The hotel was crowded in october. At the reception friendly staff, at the restaurant waiters running from one plece to another.
