  • Guest：Commendation for Excellent Service ?I had a fantastic experience at Riverstone Lodge and want to extend a huge thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so welcome. As a vegan, I am used to being an afterthought—usually receiving snarky comments or a plate of leaves while everyone else eats a full meal. I typically pack my own food just in case, but at Riverstone, I didn’t need to make a single backup plan. ?A special word of gratitude to James and both Sunnyboys. They went above and beyond to ensure my meals were not only vegan but tasty, well-balanced, and truly nutritious. It was such a treat to be well-fed and cared for. ?Beyond the dining, my room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It was a great all-around experience. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to the whole team!
  • Guest：The facility delivered an all around excellent experience from a secure facility to excellent lodging room. The breakfast was exceptional and my kids enjoyed breakfast everytime. The grounds and landscaping were also refreshing affording us to take morning walks around the facility before meal times which were refreshing for our family. I will definitely have this as the top facility whenever I need lodging around Gauteng and look forward to experiencing this facility in summer.
  • Guest：There was constructoin going on, on the property. All door lock after hours so you cant leave the premises when you want to.
  • Guest：We recently conducted a three day training at Riverstone Lodge and were in contact with the staff from early in the morning until the very last day. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Our main point of contact was Khethiwe, whose professionalism, attention to detail and warm attitude made all the difference. She patiently accommodated every change and adjustment and handled even unexpected challenges with remarkable efficiency. We also want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed, from the kitchen staff and reception team to those working behind the scenes, for making our training such a success. The support and hospitality we experienced from the entire Riverstone Lodge team were exceptional and we are extremely grateful. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.
