Guest：Very poor service. They could not bring a teabag to the room, no roomservice at 06:30 PM ??, no wheelchair, very nice room but disappointing in service.
Guest：Big room, not super clean, but good enough. Shower is not nice, low water pressure and water does not get very warm. Other than that, they have a nice pool, and staff is very friendly.
Guest：Service and environment are great compared to the price in high season which still make more sense than others. -Room size, smell and cleanliness are beyond expectation -the location is great. it locates in popular dorm among student at CMU. Thus, variety of cheap and good food is here along with the laundry station.
Guest：It was a good boutique hotel located close to the city with sizeable room and very clean one at that. The service was one that really stands out, the staff are always willing to help with a smile in their faces. I would surely recommend it.
