Guest：1st class service and facilities set within a perfect location, an arms throw from the beach and bars/restaurants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a very clean room with all the amenities you require to make your stay comfortable and memorable! A must visit and place to stay to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer!
Guest：We stayed here in a family trip of two rooms one for two people and one for three. Both rooms were lovely and spacious with everything you need for a good stay. The shower was lovely and powerful, the rooms comfy and clean. Breakfast had everything you needed and a station cooking fresh omelettes on demand which were delicious. The pool area is well maintained and cleaned down thoroughly every evening which was good to see and there is always someone handing out towels and supervising the area so people dont get to hog sunbeds all day and don’t use them. This was a brilliant bonus. Evening entertainment was relaxing and good to see so many people dancing to Spanish music. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and wanted us to have a great stay and we did. If you want a modern hotel that is really clean and quiet this is the place to go.
Guest：Hi Having just returned from the Cimbel Hotel @ Benidorm, I feel the need to do a review of our experience. The Cimbel Hotel is perfectly placed ? way along Avante beach which for anybody visiting Benidorm will find an excellent base for all local amenities. The hotel itself you will find exceptionally clean, tidy and well presented, the hotel arranged transfers to / from Alicante airport which was a god send as the airport was very busy. The room we had chosen was a deluxe panoramic view room on the 8th floor which was absolutely amazing, with stunning views over the sea. The breakfast choice is beyond amazing (well presented tasty and hot ) . Our only criticism of the hotel is that it is aimed more for the Spanish than the English (my opinion ), I know it’s in spain and attracts a lot of locals but the staff seamed more helpful to their own and the evening entertainment was more directed towards them… for this reason I cannot rate at 5* and probably will not return (sorry but I’m always honest with my reviews )…
