Guest：Great Hotel, Large rooms, very nice view , great facilities, indoor and outoor pool , saunas , great level of service , from the reception, kitchen cleaning , smiling helping and explaining, great , tasty w breakfast on high level, dinnir on very professional level, afternoon snack , hte owners were near ,was a nice and special surprise,the location is also very good, , comfortable high level of other guests We were very happy to be there and enjoyed a lot Thank you all the staff and the owners , very reccomended!!!
Guest：I was here with my family for about six times. This year we had 3 rooms and everything was excellent again. Very friendly atmosphere, always helpful suff. I visited many hotels all over the world and Pulverer is really exceptional in its approach to guests.
Guest：It is our second vacation here. We loved everything, the facilities , pools( the new pools are super) , saunas, the food both on breakfast and dinner , the location and the views, close to attractions, nice rooms, great staff both on the restaurant , reception, cleaning, the owners, very good service on any level, very good audience , polite and nice. We recommended to our friends and will recommend and come back again. I read some reviews about something wrong in the kitchen , cleaning and etc.. In my opinion and our impression was very good and if something was not proper it was corrected immediately and all with good willing and help and great service and help with smile. Want to thank Lily and the whole team in the restaurant and kitchen both boys and girls, Michaela and the girls in reception, Mario , all the staff and of course the owners for their presence , the atmosphere. The guests also are very nice and all of these contributes to perfect vacation.
