Guest：Modern, clean hotel with an excellent Spa. We are staying here for a week as a family of 4. The staff have been on the whole very friendly and accommodating particularly on reception and in the ski rental shop. In the rental shop nothing is too much trouble, help with boot fitting. Help getting the kids ready, sorting taxis etc. The food has been ok. It is simple fair but plentiful and something for every taste. The Spa has a great pool, narrow but long so great for lap swimming. There is a hot tub, Turkish Baths and range of saunas. It is very high end for a 4* hotel. It’s akin to those in the four seasons and higher end 5*. There have been some minor annoyances. Silly really and simple to sort. 1. Tea & Coffee in the room is plentiful but no milk. You have to bring your own from the outside. Not even uht pots. 2. Hotel supplied transport to the slopes is terrible. Literally stood in the back of a transit van on a rusty spare wheel. - have taken taxis after the first day it’s an injury waiting to happen. We would stay here again. It’s a nice place with friendly staff
Guest：Good hotel, good rooms, good staff, good meals, good spa BUT: - There is no elevator at the reception level - so strange - I was injured and not easy to go to the room - A la cart restaurant not serving foods at all - no information about it, neither before nor at reception - if you want to have lunch, you should go to the center, which is a 20-minute walk - Lobby bar is not working at all - again, no information about it anywhere - There are no balconies in any room - in the restaurant during dinner you could not order any drink (it has just still water)
Guest：What an amazing place! Hotel is super clean and super professional workers! Pool is amazing,worm and clean water. Just a cross the street there is a tenis and basketball court.you can rent requets or the ball ?? at the reception for free. The only think I didn't like is that there is no smoking areas on each floor so I had to go downstairs every single time I wanted to have a cigaret. Jovana from breakfast and bar and Nemanja from the bar were really amazing ready to help and super cind. Thank you so much this was an amazing weekend!
