  • Guest：Beautiful hotel, very tasteful and a real Aeolian escape. Anita and her team go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend.
  • Guest：Had originally booked to spend my 60th at Principe but along came Covid!! I finally got there this year and it was all I had wished for and more!!! Accommodation was lovely - understated but stylish, comfortable with a lovely view. Happy hour by the pool, beautiful staff, amazing food, communal dinners, wonderful pool to chill by, sadly I was there for just three days - next time it will be for longer. Lovely to meet Anita who is obviously passionate about her piece of paradise!!!

She is onsite, warm, and genuinely cares for every guest. Her presence sets the tone for the whole property – welcoming, calm, and full of heart. The hotel itself is stunning: beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands. The atmosphere is intimate and peaceful, yet never pretentious. It attracts kind, thoughtful guests, which only added to the sense of community and ease. Food was another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and presented with such care. Meals on the terrace were unforgettable, with views that made every breakfast and dinner feel special. What stood out most, though, was how natural and unforced the hospitality felt. Nothing was too much trouble, yet everything was relaxed. By the end of our stay, we felt less like hotel guests and more like part of Anita’s extended family. If you’re looking for a place that combines beauty, comfort, and true Sicilian warmth, look no further. Principe di Salina is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return.
