Guest：My husband and I spent three nights at Romantikhotel Platte in Attendorn while celebrating a friend’s wedding, and the entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The hotel had that old world charm and felt like the perfect home base for the weekend—beautiful setting and great service throughout. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was way bigger than expected! The room was stylish (and very comfortable!), with lots of cool touches throughout that made it ideal to unwind between events. The wedding itself was hosted at the hotel, and everything was super well organized—things flowed so smoothly that we could really just relax and enjoy it all. One of the highlights for us was the spa. After traveling, it was such a treat to hang out in the sauna and steam rooms—really clean and relaxing. There’s also a golf course nearby that added to the relaxed vibe of the area. Breakfast was a daily highlight. It started early (we get up REALLY early!) and the spread had something for everyone, from breads and cheeses to fruit and eggs made to order. On one of the days, we drove into downtown Attendorn—it’s just a few minutes away and was so charming. Great shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee places, and places to walk around. On another day, we drove to Cologne, which was about an hour away and a great day-trip if you're in the area. All in all, Romantikhotel Platte hit the mark for a weekend getaway and made the wedding weekend even more special. We’re already talking about coming back.
Guest：Das Komfortzimmer war zwar ger?umig, aber die Einrichtung Eiche rustikal etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Das Oberbett war für die Jahreszeit viel zu warm. Das Bad war war modern und modernisiert. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Viergangmenüs am Abend waren leider sehr mittelm??ig. Eine Kombination von Vitello Tonnato mit Algensalat und Erdnüssen hatte wenig von einer gelungenen Cross over Küche. Die Pfifferlinge im Risotto am n?chsten Abend waren schwarz und nicht essbar. Die Suppen waren zu scharf und ohne ?Pepp“. Für die schwarzen Pfifferlinge gab es ein als Ausgleich ein Getr?nk und die Info, dass der Koch Mo und Di frei habe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hier h?tte es eigentlich keine Beanstandungen gegeben. Wir hatten uns für die Golfrunde ein Br?tchen gemacht. Wir wurden von der Bedienung gefragt, ob wir ein Lunchpaket für die Golfrunde m?chten. Wir hatten uns jeder eine kleine Flasche Wasser geben lassen und waren angetan von dieser Serviceleistung. Aber jeder von uns hatte bei der Abreise dann 6,00 Euro auf der Rechnung, und wir mussten uns als G?ste noch belehren lassen, dass wir beim Frühstück von der Bedienung aufgekl?rt worden seien, dass Br?tchen schmieren und das Wasser kostenpflichtig seien. Das entsprach nicht der Wahrheit. Es war allerdings ein Aushang am Buffet, dass das Lunchpaket kostenpflichtig ist. Wir haben diese Aktion als sehr ?kleinkariert“ empfunden. Wir würden nicht noch einmal kommen. Als Gesamtbewertung kommt für uns nur ein befriedigend in Frage. Preis und Leistung stehen nicht in einem angemessenen Verh?ltnis.
Guest：Wir hatten einen viert?tigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gewonnen. Es war das reinste Vergnügen: sehr saubere Zimmer, ausgesprochen freundliches und zukommendes Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet und auch das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war ausgezeichnet, toll serviert und sehr lecker. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, in diesem Hause willkommen zu sein.
