Guest：Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon zum Pool raus. Toll war der Blick zum Meer und die Gr??e von Zimmer und Bad. Nicht erschlossen hat sich uns die Konstruktion der Dusche, leider gab es nur einen dieser eher unangenehmen Duschvorh?nge und dann war die Duschstange so angebracht, dass man die Gr??e der Dusche gar nicht ausnutzen konnte, sondern sich zwischen Wand und Duschvorhang quetschen musste, w?hrend das Wasser fr?hlich an den Vorhang strahlte - sehr eigenartig. Unser Balkon war direkt über dem Babypool, der im Gegensatz zur Pumpe des gro?en Pools sehr laute Ger?usche machte. Auf Nachfrage gelang es uns an zwei Abenden / N?chten jemand zu finden, der das abstellen konnte - was ein Glück. Zum Abendessen waren wir immer au?erhalb, aber Frühstück hatten wir im Hotel. Das erste, was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass nur drinnen eingedeckt war - schade, das Wetter war noch recht gut und wir frühstücken lieber im Freien. Zumal die Situation innen recht eng ist, das Hotel war gut besucht und die Tische standen nah beieinander teilweise auch noch ungemütlich vor dem laufenden TV. Das sich jemand für die uralten Spotübertragungen des ausgesuchten Kanals interessiert h?tte, konnten wir nicht feststellen. An einem Morgen hat uns ein eher unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter daran hindern wollen, dass wir uns an einen Tisch platzieren, auf dem an diesem Tag aus welchen Gründen auch immer 3 Gedecke gequetscht waren, da wir nur zu zweit seien. Sein Angebot, Tisch in der Mitte vor dem TV, haben wir abgelehnt. Ganz komische Situation, wir konnten zu der Zeit nur zwei dreik?pfige Familien im Hotel entdecken, für die war an anderer Stelle bereits Platz. Warum überhaupt drei Gedecke auf dem kleinen Tisch waren, war nicht ersichtlich und in diesem Ton, den Tisch "verboten" zu bekommen, empfanden wir sehr unangenehm. Katastrophal war die Situation vor der Selbstbedienungskaffeemaschine, die Schlange immer recht lang und dann noch Mitten im restlichen Buffetbereich. über diese Organisation und den Aufbau sollte man nochmal nachdenken. Auch das Auffüllen hat nicht so recht geklappt. Gut gefallen hat uns die moderne Einrichtung und der Poolbereich, sowie die immer frischen Poolhandtücher. Es hat aus Richtung Spa auch immer sehr gut gerochen, wir haben es aber nicht ausprobiert. Eine etwas umfangreichere Info zum Hotel und seinem Angebot w?re wünschenswert. Insgesamt fanden wir es aber sehr sch?n, das Hotel hat mit ein paar kleinen Ver?nderungen durchaus noch Potential. Wir würden es wieder für eine Buchung in Betracht ziehen.
Guest：This hotel states it has 16 deluxe superior rooms with a balcony! It does not it has 14 plus 2 corner rooms that lack a balcony have restricted views and are claustrophobic. These are rooms 101 and 111. We were given one of these and complained and I suggest you do to. The rooms might be fine as a room for kids linked to a normal room or if they are highlighted on the website and a lower price is charged . Please Pestana be honest and don’t put people in these rooms when they think they have booked something else! After speaking to a manager we eventually got a Villa for 2 nights , and then what we had actually booked for 3 nights. They claim the Villa is an upgrade because it is bigger but it lacks the pool and sea views and was not an upgrade as far as we were concerned. So please Pestana be honest with your customers and put these rooms on your website. As for the rest of the holiday the staff here are excellent friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is okay but the warm food should be covered to keep it warm. I can’t really comment on dinner as we ate out as there are a great number of local restaurants to choose from. The pool area was good and the hotel was quiet and restful as we had hoped. There is a short walk to the beach but that was flat and enables the beach area to remain free of beachside hotels . Had it not been for the issue over the room which spoilt our first 2 days I would have given top marks. Make the offer clear and you will ensure everyone has the Zen experience you promise. Just one final point I think to claim your green credentials you should use far less one use plastic items.
Guest：Really enjoyed our stay here. It's an idiosyncratic place and that was added to as they were basically shutting early as we left but we were really well looked after. I would have no hesitation staying again, it's a small and friendly place with good facilities.
Guest：We've spent 3 days in this little gem. Felt like ages before we managed to get there from the port, but it was worth it. Our room on the 1st floor was huge and very comfortable. The balcony was amazing, although transparent glass makes you very exposed. Breakfast massive and tasty, occasionally we had a cat visiting us and allowing chosen few to feed him. If you want to go to town, there is a bus (not too frequent but doable), or you can have a nice long walk. And of course, there is THE beach. A few mins walk from the hotel you get into the long, sandy and mostly empty heaven. Definitely on my list to return, both the beach and the hotel. A word of caution: balcony door is very heavy! Moving it was like going to the gym!
