  • Guest：Called for a “Swifty” pint/drink after a day out, on a recommendation from Nicky W. Friendly warm & comfortable atmosphere. So we booked dinner. The food menu was good, but the quality was superb. Cod with Mussels & sauce was exceptional. Beef Stroganoff amazing. Wines & drinks offer was very good. The Chablis was all a Cru wine should be. Overall an excellent evening.
  • Guest：The Punch Bowl Inn The Punchbowl Inn was a lovely pub to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the dales. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again.
  • Guest：What an amazing place, with fantastic views and a great homely feel. We enjoyed our two night stay very much. Friendly staff and delicious food, the atmosphere was perfect. Ideally located to see everything we wanted and some quaint villages. Only one downside, no shower and I would have preferred this as I struggled in the bath. Even if it was over the bath this would have been much easier. All spotlessly clean and delicious homemade biscuits plus coffee and tea making facilities. We could have stayed longer!
