Guest：The hotel is excellent. Staff are fantastic- professional and very friendly, always willing to help. The amenities are superb especially the outdoor tub overlooking the piste - many an afternoon spent relaxing with a glass of Prosecco watching the fun in the piste. We last visited the hotel 6 years ago and have tried many of the others and whilst they were great, none came up to the standard of the Pashmina. The food (especially the pastries ) was amazing. A great hotel and a fantastic holiday. I am fortunate to stay in many hotels across the world and the Pashmina (in my view) remains one of the very best - it is helped by its situation. ! ??

Guest：We have just left Pashmina after a wonderful stay of 4 nights. I only have positive feedback and your staff were exceptional (please let them know). The bar staff, restaurant staff, ski shop, cleaners, transport drivers (to and from town), reception desk were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great condition (and I have been lucky enough to stay in many 5 star hotels) and I would highly recommend everyone to stay there if you’re lucky enough. ??
Guest：Avoid if you want good service. Very disappointing as good position on slope if you want to ski in and out but appalling service - or rather lack of it. Reception, cleaner, safety post-Covid and sound proofing is non-existent. Will never book again. Long walk to restaurants and vegans can't eat here and they don't provide vegan food for breakfast. We are vegan to try to help climate change and for our health.
