Guest：Waiter was texting and would not acknowledge us until after his long text Coffee carafe in the room hadn’t been cleaned or resupplied from th previous guests
Guest：The property is in urgent need of care and love, the staff doesn't seem to care at all, half the things are broken or do not work ...
Guest：This property is a great value. The pool is great. The location is great. We were there when it was very, very hot, so I can understand why the staff were a little disinterested in working. The rooms are really nice with the balcony. Unfortunately because the property is not as well cared for as it may have once been, there are several openings where the cockroaches sneak in. That was I’m only complaint.
Guest：We arrived after dark, and the road in was SCARY. The appearance was not good. The room is okay, but up 4 flights of highly slick tile steps. Then the restaurant., we ordered from the menu , guacamole, oops they were out, ordered Tecate light Beer, oops, they were out. I was not impressed with the attitude of our waiter, we ordered Tradicional Tequila and Oops, he was out, so he brought us Don Julio. Now food was better than okay but when you have to sub it isn't the best. Then he overcharged us and has to make it right. The room was tolerable but not what you would expect. I will never recommend this place to anyone, i even chewed out my travel agent for sending us here. Just say no! .
