Guest：Stayed for 2 night in clean comfortable rooms had 2 spa sessions one a deep tissue massage which was exceptional and then my husband and i did the beer and champagne spa which was lovely the spa itself was fantastic The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us will defo go back
Guest：Staff super friendly. Room was lovely, overlooking the grounds, nice touch with complimentary brownies. Food was perfect. Spa was ok, steam room didn’t really produce any steam! Sauna ran out of water to pour over hot coals, so wasn’t hot enough, other than that, very pleasant
Guest：Good location for a boutique hotel Sadly, heating went off so we had to move rooms and was given a heater overnight which was not great as it had to be on all night and was noisy. Rooms looking a bit tired, but the place is old so to be expected. Food was okay but pricey for what we had in the restaurant in the evening. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where possible to alleviate issues.
