Guest：Hotel reception staff very friendly. Room clean and well laid out. Only downside I had was I couldn’t open a tab to charge bar and food to my room. Which makes it easier for business stays. Thanks
Guest：Always good. Friendly, welcoming and comfortable. Clean with daily room servicing. Very good parking. Have stayed regularly and will continue to do so.
Guest：All staff were polite and helpful and the restaurant was good. The room was extremely noisy when the window was open (trying to cool it) with an A road about 50 metres away, so had to settle for a warm room with no fresh air :( Maintenance is sorely lacking - the blinds don't open and parts of the blinds lying on the floor, some bathroom finishings missing. Not the standard one expects of a 4 star hotel. Worst of all I came really close to breaking my ankle walking to the car park in the pitch dark, getting around a group unloading their vehicle on the path and stepped on the edge of a very large pothole that was impossible to see in the dark, management need to be more attentive to health and safety issues like this.
Guest：Bread was starting to go hard as left uncovered. Couldn't tell who was staff or guest. No name badges. Fire drill was a farce. The only thing i liked about staying there was the room. Plenty of storage nice shower and comfortable bed.
