Guest：I visited with my mum. I got a 3 day sickness bug from either the pizza or from the water dispenser. I was unable to keep anything other than boiled water down. On the 4th day I felt better and went down for breakfast. Beware if there is an older waiter as he can be very “ handsy ” . After being sexually assaulted by him the hotel staff tried to brush it off saying he had never done anything like this before and were disbelieving of me. Had it not been witnessed by my mother, ( who shouted at him) I would have been dismissed as a neurotic woman. It was only when I said I would be writing a review were they even prepared to accept it had happened. I spoke with the senior member of the family who reiterated that “he’s never done anything like this before and he’s been with us for 15 years “ . My mum said “no, he’s never been caught before “ We were with a travel company and I told the rep what happened, he was furious. He reported it to the holiday company and discussed it with a female passenger who had traveled with him before. He was unsure how to proceed and asked for a female perspective. When she came over to discuss this with me, to tell me what our holiday rep was doing, our conversation was overheard by someone else. They came over and advised that the waiter had tried to grope her. That conversation was overheard by two other groups who each came over and said what this waiter had done/tried to do to them, Mum was absolutely right- he just hadn’t been caught. The local police were rubbish! So, the hotel is ok, the Wi-Fi is rubbish in the rooms. We had a nice balcony. The rest of the people we were on holiday were lovely looking after mum while I was being sick. Don’t go here if you’re vegetarian or vegan. They try to pass off vegetable soup made with chicken stock as vegetarian ( you could taste chicken and see the fat globules floating on top of the soup ????, ok if you’re a carnivore but if you have been vegetarian for half a decade- not so good). Thankfully I was sick so only had 2 meals, they consisted as salad with the toughest tomato known to man ( I hope Vladimir putin doesn’t read this, it would certainly be a help in his ammunition problems) a slice of cheese so thin it was see through and a darylea type processed cheese triangle .
Guest：Second time at this family run hotel and they cannot do enough for you. Thank you to Nicole,her mum and all the friendly staff. Ok. The rooms need a bit of updating but are clean. This reflects the price we paid. Three meals a day with packed lunch on excursion days. Full English breakfast ?? ??yum. All the staff work so hard. Looking to come back next year ??
Guest：The Hotel Nettuno Hotel is a lovely, friendly, family run hotel. We visited with a coach trip on an all inclusive basis. The food was lovely with a good choice to suit all tastes. All meals were served to you at your table apart from the continental breakfast, full English and two other options were also available which were served to your table. the lunch menu had plenty to offer and the evening meal was a 3 course which you chose the evening before from a good selection. The bar was open 11am-11pm with anything you wanted that you could see including tea and coffee. My favourite drink of the week was the Aperol Spritz although I did try other options. The rooms are nice, clean and tidy. For the price you pay for this hotel it is a real bargain. I would definitely recommend this hotel and without a doubt would returnLove
Guest：It was lovely to return to Hotel Nettuno with Harry Shaw. Such a friendly, family run hotel. The food was excellent, especially the pasta. The house red wine is really tasty too. It was relaxing on the sun terrace with my book and some music from my phone. The pizza party night was great fun. I look forward to returning again. It was also good to be able to use the Italian I had learnt over the past year.
