  • Guest：We stayed at Neemrana - wall wood garden after our booked hotel in coonoor was not to our liking. Geetha, the manager was very welcoming, vibrant and helpful in showing us around and making our stay enjoyable. The chef, Bala , Robin and all other staff in the hotel were very responsive to our needs. Tasty limited buffet breakfast and all day menu was good too. We also enjoyed the evening in the drawing room with the fire on in the fireplace. Will stay there on our next visit for sure.
  • Guest：The staff at Wallwood -esp Bala were very efficient and helpful. Gita who manages the property was friendly and approachable. The food also was very good. However, the room was disappointing. We stayed at Eucalyptus. The paint on the walls of the room and bathroom were garish and hurts the eye. No colour coordination- wall was pink ! Since the room had large windows ,a lot of light came in. The curtains were thin and had no lining. Have visited this beautiful home many years ago when the owners lived there. Such a vast difference to then and now.

We were made to feel at home. We were truly looked after by the staff and would like to mention Geetha, Bala and Robin who were always there to make your stay comfortable. Service ambassadors. Thank you. We will be back.
  • Guest：Perfect boutique hotel located in Coonooor, walking distance from SIMS park Cute rooms, in the old colonial style. They even have a fireplace on in the evenings.. Huge thank you to Gita, who looked after us with such good care! Kitchen staff, cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful! Decent south Indian breakfast, also serve some toast etc and an in house restaurant.. Definitely recommend staying here!
