  • Guest：We enjoyed our stay overall, but I did feel that some areas of the hotel are starting to look a little tired and could benefit from a refresh. For a hotel with 2 AA Rosettes, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness in certain parts of the property. Nothing major, but small details made the place feel less polished than I anticipated. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming — it just feels like the hotel is ready for a bit of attention to bring it back up to the level its rating suggests.

  • Guest：Friendly warm excellent service from receptionists to the breakfast service. Beautiful room 105 with views of nature & the canal. Exquisite specail historical place to be and spend time. You feel very welcomed
  • Guest：Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Only minor issue was that neither window in bedroom or bathroom shut properly and it was December with a bitterly cold wind. Luckily we are ok with a cooler room and just shut the curtains. We had a small dog with us and
