  • Guest：Lovely B&B in the centre of Grasmere. Pleasant staff. Warm, comfortable room although we were given a step ladder to get into bed! Room 5 bed is huge and quite a way off of the floor. No lift so be prepared to carry cases upstairs. Clean bathroom with a spa bath and power shower with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was a bit of a mish mash - no 'full' English but there were sausages, eggs, tomatoes - no bacon, beans, hash browns etc. Lots of choice of cereal and homemade bread with jams/marmalade. Free cake and coffee available in the dining room in the afternoon. A couple of cosmetic issues but nothing that affected our stay - bath panel didn't fit the bath very well and the shower screen seemed the wrong shape for the bath.

  • Guest：An absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with luxurious bathroom. Charming staff and delicious breakfast. They even have complimentary cake in the afternoon. Very central location but also very quiet. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.
