  • Guest：Great facilities for families Slopes just over the road Loads of choice at breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Spa and pool a real bonus after a day on the slopes. Not the newest hotel, but still great for the price. Second stay there and definitely not the last
  • Guest：I have absolutely no idea how they obtained a 4 Star rating. Where do I start? The hotel is very very dated! They clearly don't spend any money on upkeep. It is evident that the hotel relies on guaranteed occupancy during the busy ski season. They know the hotel will be busy so they don't care about the hotel and for sure don't care about the guests. For example they have not made any attempt at updating the rooms to bring the hotel in line with what anyone would expect in any 4 star hotel. The rooms are less than basic. Imagine a 1 star budget hotel not updated in 20 years... thats what you will get. (see pics). Some examples are as follows: - The bathroom was very old, the shower leaked everywhere, it was a total mess! (We told reception on day one but they had no intention of fixing it... they were just happy to provide more towels for mopping up the water!). There is a hairdryer that is so old and weak it lets out so little air it renders is practically unusable. Of course there are no bathroom amenities either. - Assistance during arrival is non existent. If you arrive when its dark and / or in the snow then it is impossible to find the hotel parking. They dont clean the access ways (both to the garage or outside parking), there are no lights, there are no signs anywhere and the one person on the front desk staff cant leave their post to provide any assistance. - The hotel dont clear the entrance outside the hotel. Ever. So for the entire week the entrance outside the hotel was full of ice and snow. (they dont even place salt/grit) - There is Wi-Fi but it barely works. Most of the time it wouldnt connect and when it did it was very weak and continuously dropped out. - We asked for a ski lift map on day one and they said we dont have any we ran out. They never actually had any for the entire week. To give credit where credit is due, the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The food was also surprisingly very pleasant considering the volume of guests. Overall, no complaints on the F&B side. Also the Spa was fine. Unfortunately the indoor pool wasnt heated warm enough for most guests in our group, however this is personal preference. The only really positive is that the hotel is across the street from the ski lift which is very convenient. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel. After walking around the area it looks like there are other 4 star hotels that are considerably nicer and also just as conveniently located.
  • Guest：Great location with basically ski in ski out accommodation and stunning views on both sides of the Passo Del Tonale valley. Functional rooms and hardworking, professional staff. Particular thanks goes to the waiters' and waitresses' for their excellent customer service. Good variety of local foods at dinner times. Taken together, combined with the high altitude and snowsure nature of Passo make Grand Hotel Miramonti a great place to stay. We hope to be back!
  • Guest：I felt really welcome at the Miramonti. All the staff were more than helpful. The room was a good size for a single and comfortable. The spa was fun and relaxing and the food at both breakfast and dinner excellent. The hotel is well located, just over the road from the ski lifts.
