Guest：Dopo tanti anni continuiamo a tornare, è sempre un posto accogliente e con una vista molto bella. Ho trovato la cucina molto migliorata. Peccato per gli idromassaggi dell'area adulti che funzionano solo in parte. Un plauso speciale al personale, soprattutto a Sepp che la persona più gentile che conosco, a Roberto che con pazienza risolve i problemi e Tamara che rende l'esperienza in sauna unica.
Guest：Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico. La cortesia di tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel è stata tangibile. Struttura incredibile, la cura del dettaglio è notevole. Cucina sicuramente ottima e curata, molto elaborata. Forse il buffet del pranzo avrebbe potuto essere un tantino più ampio ma sono piccolezze. Zona spa davvero curata e ampia. I prezzi delle stanze, dei trattamenti e delle bevande (acqua compresa) soprattutto, sono assolutamente sopra media come ci aspettavamo in un 5 stelle. Va detto che il conto finale, per chi come noi non ha voluto risparmiarsi per godersi tutto, è considerevole. Per la gente "normale" un fine settimana in questo hotel è un vero e proprio investimento ma ne vale la pena. Lo rifarei. Si torna a casa rigenerati dopo giorni in cui si è stati sempre seguiti e coccolati. Ottima la scelta di creare due spa, una per adulti e l'altra per famiglie. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea che ha servito il nostro tavolo durante il nostro soggiorno. Simpatica, piacevole e professionale.
Guest：Hotel Chalet Mirabell was such a beautiful Magical experience for our Family holiday making it the most perfect way to end the year and a fabulous start to 2026 all together. The Reiterer Family have created a relaxed, warm and welcoming venue with it's clean design and decor in a most idyllic area in the South Tyrol. Our rooms where spacious and very comfortable having the most majestic views of the Dolomites and kept impeccably clean. The SPA facilities are so well balanced in catering for Adult Guests travelling alone as well as for Family Guests with their Little Guests. The Kids Club/Cinema/Family SPA with the Baby/Kids Pools & Slides kept our little ones perfectly entertained. The Food was an exquisite blend of South Tyrol and Mediterranean cuisine - best of Italian Cuisine. The Staff are all so pleasant and cordial with all of their guests giving special attention to their youngest guests which meant our three young Grandsons immediatly felt at home. We will definitely RETURN.
Guest：Devo dire tutto meraviglioso, il posto è incantevole e molto curato. Vorrei solo farvi due critiche spero costruttive: dovete migliorarvi sul cibo; i piatti sono troppo elaborati e non sempre buoni, alcuni troppi salati e altri pieni di salse, meglio prediligere le materie prime dovreste averle di maggior qualità in un 5’ stelle e fare più piatti tipici del territorio. Anche la pulizia nelle camere non è degna di un 5’ stelle.
