  • Guest：This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.
  • Guest：We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.
  • Guest：All in all we had a pleasant stay at Monte Casa last week,the hotel is very near beach and amenities and some very beautiful scenery.The room was a little dated but quite comfortable,unfortunately the balcony was quiet grubby,see picture,a coat of paint would not go a miss.Shower doors came off the runners,maintenance man came to fix promptly but seemed to be beyond him.So we lived with it!Both pools were fairly cool for July.Staff were ok but never seemed over happy.Breakfast was plentiful and not very busy.All in all a few minor points but did not spoil our holiday so would recommend this hotel for a stay in Petrovac which is a beautiful town but really busy in July.
  • Guest：Hotel very clean inside but outside not very clean. Pool area not clean with overgrown bushes full of bees/wasps which need to be removed for safety. Pool very small with little room for the few sunbeds which you had to get early. Towels left on beds were supposed to be removed but they were not!!! Very annoying when people leave them all day. Selfish. Rooms very nice and air con great. Breakfast poor as food cold most of the time. When asked for something that had run out staff took ages to sort it out or just didn't bother. Breakfast staff very miserable and not helpful. More interested in using their phones rather than cleaning tables. Reception staff ok but when we arrived it was nearly 3pm and after a very long day we were still made to wait for our room.
