  • Guest：A very happy stay in this hotel. I love this area as the tube is 2 mins away, there are shops, pubs and restaurants galore. First time at the Merit but would definitely book again. A single room but the room was practically a double and the room and bathroom were stylish, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Traffic noise wasn't too loud either. Communal areas also very smart. Thank you.
  • Guest：不知道是不是因为春节淡季，服务比预想得要好，入住时态度很好，退房的第二天就已经退回了100p的按金。每天都有room cleaning，会补充洗手间的洗发水小样和肥皂什么的。房间不算大，能勉强放下一个24寸一个28寸箱子。隔音比较一般，隔壁好像是个学校，工作日八点以后能听见一羣魔童在吵闹。不过这个价格能在伦敦肯辛顿订到这样一个房间已经很满意了，附近环境很好一看就是富人区，离地铁earl‘s court站很近，到各个景点都只要半小时左右。
