Guest：The area is wonderful. As for being a 5-star hotel. The rating is less than I would expect from a 5-star. The bathrooms were less than adequate. When the three of us arrived, we carried our own bags into the hotel and to our rooms. The pool costs to use, and the towels are an additional cost. The bar and the bar staff were amazing.
Guest：But should be reported spectacular hotel service was top notch we had an issue with the room that came up at 1:00 in the morning to take care of it every time you can go to hotel you can have problems with rooms they came right away we didn't have to wait till the following day beautiful beautiful grounds the block from the beach the hook the hotel had a spectacular pool it was overall a great experience breakfast every morning was wonderful I would definitely recommend coming and staying here some of the nicest hotels
Guest：room was clean, bed comfortable and balcony had nice views of the mountains. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. food and service in restaurant was super. couldn't fault this hotel.
Guest：What stood out for us was how warm, welcoming, and professional everyone was. We enjoyed our stay and had a great overall experience. Don’t miss their complimentary breakfast is an amazing addition to the stay. From the design to comfort, I highly suggest and we will definitely be back
