Guest：This is a magical place to stay. We had two nights here and could have happily stayed much longer! All the staff were so attentive and immediately looked after all our needs. The chef was incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming, really wanting us to enjoy everything he had to offer and never seeming to stop working... We stayed in tented rooms right next to the river, and felt very secure and safe there. There are fences and the area is also patrolled by hotel staff 24/7. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very atmospheric. One tip - a head torch is very useful when packing before sunrise! There is electricity and lighting in the room but even so it was helpful to be able to shine a little more light into the dark corners of my suitcase.... It's also well located for getting out on game drives. Would love to return and maybe I will....
Guest：Camping is not our thing but this camping was really great, nothing like I expected, room was massive as well as the bathroom, loads of room. It was a tent but some of the walls, (bathroom area) are brick. Place was clean and the staff were really friendly, food was nice and we had the maasai singing to us after food at night, pool area was nice, don’t think it was heated but a few sun beds around it which in the middle of the maasai mara was really nice.
Guest：Overall, the experience was pleasant. The room was comfortable and larger than most other places. The customer service was decent. But the lack of wifi and tv in the room was a bit annoying. The food was average and the service by the dinning staff was poor.
Guest：Espectacular hotel, en plena reserva del Masái Mara, con unos servicios muy buenos, el personal de los comedores y recepción muy atento y muy simpático, nos recibieron con toallas húmedas, con bebidas a la llegada después del safari y la habitación era perfecta con una terraza con vistas al río, te acompa?aban los masáis por la noche a la habitación, ya que no hay ningún tipo de vallas, todavía recuerdo el nombre de nuestra habitación, Jambo 6. La habitación súper limpia, muy cómoda, los ba?os geniales, de las mejores del complejo. La comida, la cena y los desayunos espectaculares. Un hotel de 10, sobresaliente.
