  • Guest：This place is a gem; after a day of touring Nimes, we spent a very quiet night there, had an excellent dinner, and an amazing breakfast. The staff is very friendly and professional; I have some mobility issues, and received help way beyond my expectations. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet.
  • Guest：The hotel was difficult to find in Nimes' one way system and lies in a maze of lanes in the suburbs. The layout is bizarre with conflicting signage. We arrrved in torrential rain, tried the door, which was locked. A man came to the door, blocking me from entering so I explained we had a reservation. He shook his head, pointed to a small room and shut the door in my face. My husband looked in the room and in the end we sat in our car for 25 minutes to avoid getting more drenched. The small room turned out to be reception, albeit it an extremely small one, next to the kitchen, so no direct access to rooms. I was extremely upset with the rude man and the ridiculous wait. The Main door remained locked at all times which seemed very strange. The room was nice, quirkily modern but the wifi system blocked any data at all incoming or outgoing, even just a photo, which was frustrating. We opted for the Gastronomic Menu which was outstanding.
  • Guest：H?tel extraordinaire. Calme, propreté, gentillesse, aucun défaut, pleins de petites attentions. Tout est fait pour passer un séjour agréable. Petit déjeuner vraiment très copieux avec des produits de grande qualité: un régal.
  • Guest：Que dire de la chambre si ce n’est qu’on peut chercher un défaut quelconque, on rentrera bredouille. La literie, la salle de bain, les boissons offertes… rien à dire, tout est parfait. Il n’y a qu’à propos du petit déjeuner que nous avons quelques réserves. On peut le trouver cher (25€ si mes souvenirs sont bons) mais la surabondance de ce qu’on se voit offrir l’explique. Mais le mieux est l’ennemi du bien. Deux assiettes de charcuterie, une assiette de fromages, une assiette de saumon fumé, des yaourts, des confitures, des viennoiseries, des cakes, une salade de fruits frais, du jus d’oranges pressées… et j’en oublie sans doute, c’est trop ! Faites-le à 20€ et demandez au client ce qu’il désire, on aura pas ce sentiment de gaspillage. Par contre, proposez un choix de thés à la carte plut?t que de servir un thé fumé (lapsang souchong ?) quand on demande un simple thé noir. Ce qui précède ne doit pas être pris pour des critiques… mais des conseils car en résumé, l’h?tel du Mas de Boudan est une très belle adresse, a recommander vivement.
