Guest：We've just returned from a week at the resort. We stayed in a pool villa, which was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. Huge respect to the house keeping who did an incredible job every day. Service in the outdoor bar was impeccable and the food in Ling Ling was stunning. The spa facilities were excellent. If you are planning a trip here, make sure you ask your butler to be Armine. He looked after us so well and always arrived with a smile. He made the holiday for us. Only negative was the service and attention in the Pool Bar. Very slow and always messed up our order. Highly recommend the resort though.

The concierge team has been really helpful organising our guided tour in the city, the Spa is amazing and the hammam experience as well as the massages were great, and we had delicious meals at the restaurants. Overall, all the staff is incredibly nice, special thanks to Oussama, who was our butler for our 3 days there. He made our stay memorable !
