Pero ahora voy a las pegas. La primera estuvimos l semana de Navidad, te piden quepagues por adelantado la comida especial que hacen el dia 25 a medio día 110€ por persona. y dicen que se sirve en mesa, perolo que no te dicen, lo primero es que tienes que compartir mesa con personas a las que no conoces ni tampoco tienes intenci′pn de conocer porque en nuestro caso no nos interesaba Después te dicen que et′?es a las 13,30 para un coctel y eso era a guerra,todo el mundo en la puerta del restaurante y haciendo cola para que te dieran una copa de no sé que bebida. Es curioso, porque la comida era obligatoria, si no pagabas antes de ir te anulaban la reserva. Por lo cual creo que al hotello unico que le importaba era que pagaras y punto. Visto la aglomeración de gente, mi pareja y yonos dimos media vuelta y nos fuimos a comer a un buen restaurante de los varios que hay en Benidorm Y yo me pregunto, que control llevan en ese hotel??? porque al menos nos podian haber echado enfalta y haberse interesado porque no habiamos ido a la comida, creo que los clientes les importan un rábano, aso que como ahora hay hoteles, bastante mejores en Benidorm pues que sigan con su politica,pero desde luego alque me pregunte, no se lo voy a recomendar Otra cosa esos dias hacia frio y no habia forma de poner la calefacción enla habiatación, y lo siento pero me daba hasta apuro tener que llamar todos los dias a recepci′pn para que fueran ellos los que me la activaran, en vez de mandar a una persona que nos explicara el funcionamiento, enfin que hay sitios mejores
  • Guest：Lovely spotlessly clean and modern hotel. The staff are fabulous, very helpful and professional. We were on floor 7 and had a view of peoples laundry but also the sea and Benidorm island. The rooms are large and the balconies are roomy. The downside are no hot drink facilities in the rooms. The memory foam matress are too hard for me, I use a memory foam at home so are used to them. It felt like a plank. If you like a firm matress you will be fine. The food is hit and miss, breakfast is good you can get all your usual breakfast items. Eggs and omelettes cooked to order. The evening meal not so good. I felt the food was not always of good quality. Lacked taste. The position of this hotel is great for both the new and old Benidorm. The pool area is nice but half is in the shade all day. The pool is freezing. The hotel would be fabulous but for the evening meals and hard beds. It really is a beautiful hotel well run but for me let down by these two issues.
  • Guest：Lovely high room with great view. And balcony. The staff are all very friendly and happy to assist with any questions. I forgot my plug adapter and the receptionist let me use one they had. The breakfast had plenty on offer and the food was good. It is an excellent location for the old town and had everything on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples. There is a gym and swimming pool which was cold but it was October/November. Plenty of sun beds.
  • Guest：Excellent friendly hotel spotlessly clean in an amazing location. Food is good value, we went half board and were very happy Rooms are spacious and clean we will request a balcony next time - the roof top bar is also really nice and adults only which we really appreciated
