  • Guest：Rookery and the team, again made us feel special. It definitely does feel like "home from home". My husband and I stayed in Aynsley for 2 nights, so comfortable and the Christmas tree is always a lovely touch. Front of house team are always so friendly and professional. We had room service breakfast the first morning and it was great. We booked Wedgewood for our son, his partner and Grandson as a surprise for them. It was our Grandson's birthday and a special shout out to Elle and Dan for all the fab personal touches they did for him in the suite, it really is appreciated. We ate in the lounge on the second night with family and were made to feel really welcome. Our grandson was again made to feel special. We all met for breakfast in the dining room on the second morning. Food was great, well laid out and again the staff were attentive and friendly. We all used the pool andcspa area a couple of times during our stay and the team there were equally welcoming. The pool was nice and quiet. Overall it was just what we all needed. So thankyou again Team Rookery. We'll definitely be back.
  • Guest：From the very start this place was amazing Fizz at reception on arrival. Before I say more the staff here all over the hotel cannot do enough a real credit to the hotel. The food of the chart highly recommend the chefs dining experience cocktails if you can’t see it on the menu the Coctail bar will make it for you if they can. Amazing room overlooked the fields. Breakfast was just lovely. The staff here again very attentive Spa was excellent Just a very excellent night away highly recommended the staff made the stay just right thank you
