Guest：We had a great stay in the adjoining lodges with our friends and children. We had family stay opposite. The lodge was incredibly spacious and there was room for 12 of us to gather in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to have a Tesco shop delivered on arrival. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Towels and robes were nice quality. The views from the master suite onto the much were stunning. We booked New Year’s Eve at the local pub, The Oak Tree Inn. This was approx 5 minute walk along the main road. We highly recommend the lodges.
Guest：We had 2 lodges as family of 11. Both were excellent, everything provided. Three showers each lodge & great views of the Loch. Great to spend time as a family, kids aged from 4 to 13 loved it too, especially hot tubs Cannot recommend highly enough
Guest：Great 2 night break in the lodge. It has everything you could possibly need for a self catering break. Bed was very comfortable and the whole experience was peaceful and calming. One slight complaint was the smart TV. We don’t have one at home and so had no idea how to get any channels on it. There were no instructions at all so we ended up with a news blackout for 2 days. Hot tub was amazing and added greatly to the relaxing break. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. This was a Christmas gift.
Guest：Typical cold Scottish weather but our lodge was roastie toastie on arrival which was a really welcoming feeling. Friends rushed to choose their rooms - both en-suite so no disputes over “best room”scenario occurred. I was only staying one night so opted for the sofa bed which I didn’t even bother pulling out - I just settled on top with the super warm duvet and squashy pillows - job done - great sleep. The third toilet/shower room was lush. The lodge itself had everything we needed and the hot tub was a huge bonus! We could not believe that the friendly maintenance man visited next morning to check/clean it and answered our questions on usage etc. We also met staff outside who kindly guided us to the refuse area. We ate out at The Oak Tree Inn - booking advised- which was just a five min walk. The menu was huge and the food was delicious. It was lunchtime and the place was buzzing with a great atmosphere. The gift shop was fab and very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away and are already planning a return visit with families etc. If you are looking for serenity, good value, wild surroundings, plush digs then this is your go to place!
