Guest：Another fantastic stay at Rudding Park. One of the many great things about this hotel is the consistency of the standards you expect, from what we consider to be one of the very best hotels in the country. Look out for the off peak offers for a true bargain. Thank you to whole team.
Guest：I looked into going to Rudding Park for a 2 night break whilst we attended the nearby antique fair, having the tasting menu in the restaurant Fifty-Two on the Thursday night. Booking online, you had to tick which restaurant you wanted, but the only option for the tasting menu included the drinks option which we didn't want as we prefer to choose our own wine (especially considering that the drinks package costing ￡65 each for 5 drinks was a combination of soft and alcoholic drinks. I therefore decided to book by phone. Despite it being mid-morning it went straight to music for about 30 seconds, then a recorded message saying to leave my name and number and they would get back to me within 24 hours. 24 hours! Surely they had someone on reception during the day. Nearly a week later and I am still waiting, but I had already decided by the next day that I would stay elsewhere if that was the standard of their service. The room I was going to book is still available, so they have lost business.
Guest：We stayed at Rudding Park as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. The room was wonderful and dinner was delicious as were the cocktails and champagne!! Francis, Ollie and Sophie were most attentive and really made our stay extra special. I would highly recommend a stay here
Guest：Had an absolutely fantastic one night stop, that included a double room, one spa treatment, use of the spa and pools, dinner, and breakfast. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, polite and courteous. They did the basics so well, such as eye contact, smiling, greeting you, and offering to help. The Deep Tissue Massage, from Emma Darlaston, was amazing. She helped alleviate around 3 years of sales stress, deejaying stress, band playing stress and driving stress. I cannot recommend her and the service enough. She was professional, polite and explained the procedure clearly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. And it really made a difference to my back and shoulders. I shall be re-booking again for the next week. The evening meal was delicious, as was breakfast. The portions were just right. The ambience of the hotel is, generally, relaxing and calm with noise levels at a minimum. The room was clean and the shower facilities excellent, though it was a little awkward to work out how to use the shower, lol. Rudding Park Hotel & Spa & Golf Club is ideally located just on the outskirts of Harrogate and is so easy to access, with plenty of free car parking. You can generally miss any traffic buildup to get there. Overall, it is excellent value for money. You are made to feel very special and are looked after exceedingly well. I highly recommend a visit, and I will be back soon. Thank you, Rudding Park Hotel.
