Guest：Wat een ouderwets hotel, de sfeer is jaren 60 verpleeghuis, stenen gangen, slecht verlicht, kamers met apart keukentje, we hebben echt gegoogled of we idd niet in een omgebouwd verpleeghuis zaten. Dan zeggen ze dat het een 4 sterren hotel is, maar ze heffen toeristen belasting voor een 5 sterren hotel…6 euro p/p p/n, terwijl gemeente Maastricht heel duidelijk aangeeft dat het 5,20 per nacht moet zijn, gemeente Maastricht / Ondernemen / toeristenbelasting Echter ik geef dit hotel nog geen 2 sterren, dus max 3,60 toeristen belasting.. De 20 jaar oude koelkast geeft om de 15 minuten een soort klopgeluiden dat je denkt dat er iemand naar binnen komt. Die moesten we uit zetten voor de nacht. Bedlampen kapot, waarvan eentje zelfs zonder lampbol. Kopje thee? Geen waterkoker op de kamer, dus in je badjas naar de bar op onderste verdieping voor een glas heet water… De bedden waren erg zacht. De dekbedden erg warm. En het onderlaken was geen hoes, dus met 3x draaien lag het er af en lig je rechtstreeks op het matras te slapen net als je voorgangers. Verder mag je in het kader van “eco” je handen wassen met de haarshampoo. Al met al geef ik deze hotelovernachting een 4.
Guest：this hotel was across the river from the centre of maastricht so had to travel into town, only 5 mins in a taxi which the hotel have a service for guests.cant complain about staff ,all were very helpful.breakfast was expensive so i tucked in .the shower was nice except i slipped and fell in it hurting my leg ,its shower head you have to hold or use the rain fall shower head.not good.very clean room comfy bed great view of the covid centre across the road.all in all it was fine
Guest：Very nice hotel staff helpful and polite,breakfast dear but plenty ,European style,only negative bit far from town centre of Maastricht,taxis between 10 -15 euros to centre.We went to the Andre Reid concert which was great well organised good security couldn’t fault Maastricht
Guest：I was given a smelly ground floor apartment, which I rejected immediately. After that, an apartment on the 4th floor was provided, where half of the lights did not work and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The carpet floor needs complete overhaul, was full of dust and the room has a damp smell to it. The gym is hardly fundtional with very poor equipment. Don’t waste your money on the 16 EUR breakfast either, you have far better options nearby. The receptionists were nice and friendly.
