Guest：We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights in spring. A great environment to relax. First of all, the air in Oberstaufen is extremely refreshing and smells nice. Although the room we stayed in was standard, it was very spacious and consisted of a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Both rooms had large screen TVs. Also the sofa in the living room was so comfortable you almost didn't want to get up. The hotel offers delicious and varied breakfast and dinner. Additionally, hotel's gym, pool and spa services were top class. We had a good time with the pool and the nearby hiking activities. All the staff, especially manager, were extremely attentive, they showed interest like a family business. Thank you for that. I would like to stay again and recommend it to everyone.
Guest：Excellent location. Questionable art work in an otherwise beautiful traditional Bavarian hotel. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff, but no one was informed enough to tell me why their cosy downstairs bar was called ‘Eagles Bar’. Thus staff management could do with more leadership. No disabled rooms available, and no rooms with rails in showers or toilets. Thus not very accessible for elderly/frail member of our family.
Guest：Nous avons nos habitudes depuis plusieurs années dans cet établissement. Le dernier séjour en Juin 2023 nous laisse une impression mitigée. Le cadre reste magnifique, les investissements réalisés au niveau du welness sont remarquables ! Par contre nous avons trouvé la gastronomie très moyenne, nous sommes restés deux jours sans eau chaude sans la moindre excuse d’une direction invisible ! Heureusement que la météo était bonne sans quoi nous aurions été carrément dé?us !
