Guest：Excellent Really pleased and delighted with our stay! Staff were very friendly. Room and facilities were clean and modern. The spa was also lovely. The lake view was absolutely stunning! The pictures dont do justice. You have to see it for yourself!
Guest：I booked a junior suite with 2 of my friends but upon checking in the lady at the reception gave us another much smaller room, then after going back down and talking to her she gave us the room we actually paid much extra for. This hotel is not a 5 star as they say, it’s nothing like a 5 star. Rooms are not as the website shows and the jacuzzi had only very cold water. Other than that, it was just ok. Would I visit again? No.

Guest：This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay
