  • Guest：Ok for a few nights. Nice room; modern and clean. Room was spacious with kettle, tv, bottled water and usb sockets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not a huge choice but enough to get the day started! Coffee machine available 24/7 in reception. Unfortunately roof top hot tub was not functional, and indoor pool looked grubby so didn't use. I was not overwhelmed with the friendliness of staff.
  • Guest：What a great hotel the hotel receptionist marisela was fantastic she had a massive cue at the desk and we had left our passport in the Taxie so she did track our Taxie down And if it wasn’t for her we would have been in real trouble meanwhile all the people at the desk were getting fed up waiting but she persevered and did her job magnificent .the hotel was spotless and breakfast was lovely and the afternoon jam sandwich was a bonus
  • Guest：The hotel was in a good location, within short, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores. Convenient, clean, and quiet location.
  • Guest：The room was great, nice and spacious. The neighborhood was also great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and just a short 15 minute walk to the ocean. The staff were...ok. Some of them were nice, others seemed a little put off by me asking them for assistance. What kept this from being a 5 star review was the overzealousness of the housekeeping. They didn't just clean my room, they took it upon themselves to rearrange all of my personal property, including my laundry. I had laundry laid out in a particular order based on the activities I had planned over the next few days, but the housekeeping for some reason decided to gather my laundry and fold it, and put it all in the closet. They mixed up dirty and clean laundry, when they should have just left it alone. This was truly bizarre, I've never seen housekeeping do this in any other hotel, usually they leave a persons laundry alone unless its in the way of them cleaning (which mine was not).
