Guest：Siamo stati Qui, per usufruire di uno Smartbox regalo. Spa piccolina, ma carina. Piccola pecca il bagno turco non funzionava..... E i tasti dell'idromassaggio non funzionavano bene, infatti si faceva fatica ad azionare l'idromassaggio una volta terminato il tempo.... Anche le sedute all'interno della piscina poche per il numero di persone che fanno entrare....siamo entrati in 6 , 3 coppie. Come pro , tisane offerte e acqua di boario e mandarini a disposizione dei clienti . Ti forniscono di accappatoio, asciugamano e ciabattine . Peccato davvero per il bagno turco.... sicuramente lo sistemeranno ....
Guest：This is a family run hotel and we were on full board for 2 weeks whilst visiting the area. The food was delicious. I was particularly grateful to the staff when I had to extend my stay in Italy due to Covid, and the staff looked after me really well. A huge thank you to the team for making a week's isolation comfortable.
Guest：Where to start... The whole experience was sublime. Such a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere with tremendously brilliant staff, so welcoming and accommodating and friendly. Their warmth was wonderful and started from the second we arrived. The suite was gorgeous and the bed was amazing! Every day the room was serviced to perfection. Slept so well. The food selection seemed never ending with so much choice of both hot and cold dishes along with the numerous yummy desserts. I took advantage of the Spa. The pool is great and the hot tub is well worth a try as you relax whilst taking in the views. The massage and pampering facilities were also top notch. All in all, a great relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!
Guest：Firstly the superior room was decent, but the basic rooms certainly weren't - dark and thin walled. We stayed for a week on full board and the food was poor - at the start of the week there were some OK meals but by the end when the hotel was full it was terrible. Breakfast is basic (nothing hot) and the staff were nice, though the guy who took over serving us in the evening was surly and his main focus seemed to be to get us out by 9pm - the English translations of the menu were often hilarious ('Gurnard with Crazy water' anyone?), so it was often a dodgy voyage of discovery which I'd rather not have taken - I ended up with a plate of salami and raw onion for my last dinner main course.... The spa is pretty small but the pool is Ok. The bar is in a thoroughfare and not manned. There are clearly better more modern 3* hotels and given we will be back to the town I certainly will be going there rather than here!
