  • Guest：CHECK-IN DIFFICILE Après 8 tentatives pour contacter l'h?tel par téléphone avant mon arrivée...je n'ai réussi à joindre personne. Je souhaitais des informations sur le parking. En arrivant à l'h?tel...j'ai sonné au parking...mais aucune réponse! Personne n'était non plus à la réception. J'ai finalement trouvé la réceptionniste...elle à regardé ma réservation et m'a demandé de payer pour la nuit d'h?tel alors que l'intégralité du règlement avait été fait sur internet... Un check-in DIFFICILE!
  • Guest：The best meal I enjoyed during my two weeks in Europe was less than two blocks away!
  • Guest：The family mezzanine room layout was cramped if you have older children. It would have been a struggle if staying for more than 1 night. Also the bathroom was very small with the toilet separate. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town.
  • Guest：Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi.
