  • Guest：La atención del personal excelente, el hotel es peque?o y con mucho encanto y la habitación espectacular, recomendable al 100%, un sitio muy bueno para desconectar y relajarse y dar un paseo por Santillana y disfrutar de su encanto.
  • Guest：Hotel con mucho encanto en Santillana del Mar, habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y cuidadas. El desayuno recomendable totalmente, variado y con bizcochos caseros de diferentes sabores exquisitos. Por poner un pero, hacía un poco de frío en el hotel pero es inevitable en una casona de estas características y en pleno mes de febrero. El personal del hotel muy amable, destacar sobre todo a Sara, es encantadora, te lo explica todo perfectamente y está dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, da gusto encontrarte con gente que además de asesorarte trata de hacerte sentir como si estuvieras en casa.
  • Guest：The hotel is ideally placed for access to the medieval village. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. We decided to have one of their pizzas on our first night and it was delicious. Breakfast as well was excellent and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
  • Guest：Excellent hotel Beautiful hotel in excellent position. Sadly they do not serve any food in either the restaurant or cafe in the evening. The receptionist offered us a pizza or a sandwich which was enough for us and there are other restaurants in the town. There is no wheelchair accessibility, steps at each entrance, but they do have a lift to the upper floors. We are very sad that we won't be able to stay again because of accessibility and no evening restaurant but the breakfast is excellent and we would recommend this hotel to able bodied guests.
