We only stayed for 2 nights, I'd booked as a surprise for my wife, and it turned out to be all I wanted and a whole lot more. Really nice hotel, a short walk from Princes Street and the tram stop, so very convenient but also very quiet too. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the food was very, very nice, we ended up eating there 3 times - as well as breakfast every morning which was also really good - such a varied number of options, deciding what to have was very difficult!! A special mention to the staff who were all really lovely, friendly, courteous, attentive, it really made a difference and was definitely the icing on the cake. I could not recommend this place enough.
Bedroom was fab and bed exceptionally comfortable
Very clean and we were well looked after.
Hotel very quirky with such a lovely feel
we where rooms 33 and 34
We had a fantastic stay this week at Tigerlily. The room, food, dining area, reception areas were all great. Really clean, friendly attentive staff, every member of staff was lovely.
Must mention Martin at breakfast both mornings we stayed. He was excellent, helped us with info for getting about. Service at breakfast really good from Martin and team. Cannot recommend enough, don’t usually go back to same hotel, we defo will come back to Tigerlily. Great location too
One of the best hotel rooms I’ve had in a while. Super quiet. Very clean, well thought out, and modern.
Dinner was the opposite. It was more of a loud night club nightmare than a restaurant. Very challenging. Food was mediocre, but the service was superb.
Breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. Great food, calm, and such a delight.
Room was nicely air conditioned, but it took a full day for it to cool down once it had power.
Everything excellent apart from one aspect - we were not pre-warned of basement might club under hotel and another 2/3 doors away that were open until 3am (including a Sunday!!) with blasting base beat making it very to to get off to sleep after midnight - we had a first floor room so I would say ask for a third floor one to hopefully be much quieter
The elevator was broken when we checked in and they did not notify us in advance. The front desk was indifferent to it. It was fixed the next day but I have bad knees so and told them, but their attitude was tough luck, climb to the third floor. The hotel itself is very funky and cool. Its well located and it could have been an amazing visit were it not for some of the people at the front desk who don't understand the meaning of hospitality. The breakfast is okay.
