  • Guest：Great, the amenities were great! Just fell in love with soaking bathtub. Amazing layout, wonderful view, and definitely recommend Erickson wing suites. My only concern was that an employee came when we were in, and thankfully I have some clothes on but she apologies as we checked in a bit early and she was not aware. This is the only thing that made me a bit disappointed. But will def want to comeback.
  • Guest：Convenient location, within walking distance to downtown , Museums and hotel is next to a trail that runs along the waterfront. Quiet , safe , clean and very comfortable classy boutique hotel. I love staying here every time I visit.

  • Guest：Very helpful staff, from the front desk to the concierge to the housekeepers. Clean room. Great room service, and helpful to have a fine-dining restaurant and a lovely coffee shop in the hotel. Great views of Victoria's inner or outer harbour, and walkable to many other restaurants and activities.
