  • Guest：We really like service, peace and quiet at the hotel. Cozy, peaceful place to relax in a resort town. The location is super good, plenty of restaurants nearby. We have enjoyed hotel environment, room size and all the amenities. The SPA is really cozy with a beautiful view. What we did dislike: we came here with two small kids at late evening. The heating were turned off and not even ready for our visit! Sauna is open from 6 P.M., which is unacceptable during the weekend, rainy or cold day. There is nothing to do in small bath and swimming. By the way swimming pool stairs has to be replaced definitely.

  • Guest：We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told it was only for higher rate rooms, we checked the amenities list for all room types available and there was no mention of it at all which seemed really odd. In the spa area, the turkish sauna was way above the normal 60 degrees, making it impossible to sit there, so nobody was spending any time in there, even though the spa area was quite busy.
