  • Guest：This Hotel is a precious gem. I cannot rave enough about the service and the people who work at the hotel. Each and everyone went above and beyond what is expected. Kelsi, and Sedna deserve to be called out especially. (Give them a raise :-)) There is nothing they would not do to make feel welcome and to help us have a wonderful time in a terrific new area. Thank you.
  • Guest：The best thing about this hotel is their staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well organized so we could have our own things in place. The shower temperature and power is perfect, and the drain and door works. The lift is fast! Tip: if they offer you Room 107, refuse it as it smells strongly of cigarette smoke.
  • Guest：The staff was very approachable, and we appreciated the breakfast service. However, it would have been helpful to know that the restaurant is under construction: access to the hotel via the narrow alley was dangerous, with scaffolding lacking safety barriers. The view from our room was partially obstructed, construction noise was present, and breakfast had to be served in a small windowless room with limited space for all guests
  • Guest：Only good impressions of the hotel. It is located in the very center of Tirana, but at the same time in a quiet place. There is a 24-hour guarded parking lot. The room has everything: a minibar, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The service is provided every day. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely recommend this hotel!
