Guest：Our hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a kitchen with full size frig, stove, microwave and sink. Hotel supplied bottled water which was a nice bonus although the tap water was fine. Sleeping area had AC and plenty of storage area. Bathroom had a shower. All rooms had ceiling fans. TVs had a large variety of channels in several languages. Pool was large and at a refreshing temp. Plenty of chairs and a couple of umbrellas around the pool. Hotel bar next to the pool. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good with fruit, pastries, and cooked to order eggs, bacon, pancakes. Nice sandy beach across the street and many restaurants within walking distance, many right on the beach. Only downside is out of the hotel's control. That is the noisy traffic and loud liquor store and gathering place across the street. Lots of litter comes from that place including broken bottles. There are trash receptacles but people don't seem to use them. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to communicate fairly well despite my poor Spanish. I would stay at this hotel again giving it 4/5 only because of the surrounding traffic, noise and litter.
Guest：Beautiful, well kept resort. Good location in Las Terrance. Can walk to restaurants, groceries, and liquor store and taxi service is next door. Breakfast is good. Laundry service available. Staff is really friendly. The resort is noisy from the street though.
Guest：Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. It's right on the beach, easy parking in front. Very central, short walk to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet but you also have a kitchen. Big pool with a bar. We have visited Las Terrenas multiple times and this is our favorite place to stay.
