Guest：We recently visited Knysna and stayed at the Mount Knysna for a few days and I have to say, the Mount Knysna is a really great hotel. It did exceed my expectations and I definitely would not hesitate going back and they have my 100% recommendation
Guest：Views: ?????????? Food: ?????????? Room:?????????? We had a fantastic stay at The Mount Knysna, which is a small, boutique hotel close to the viewpoint of the two heads. Staff are attentive and the hotel is homely. We were slightly early for check in which was accommodated without mention, and check out was smooth and efficient. Definitely do catch dinner at Second Story, and dig into the hotel’s very good South African wine cellar. We caught a movie at the in house movie theatre, with freshly popped popcorn, drinks and snacks. Breakfast every morning was such a treat too. The pool is heated with a spectacular view of the lagoon. Uber works well in Knysna but we hired a car, and the hotel has free parking. A quaint hotel with personal touches brought by the lovely staff!
Guest：I had booked over a month in advance for a Family trip, since we had 4 I ended up booking the presidential suite for the view and space. When we got there we were informed a party was happening so we could not eat in the restaurant and they would be using the main level. It made us feel so uncomfortable we stayed in our room only leaving to go out to eat. We left first thing in the morning, manager was unable to be found so left our keycard with the chef. We didn’t even stay for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
Guest：An amazing vacation for my husband and I. The hosts John and Chanel, the hotel manager Jordan as well as the whole team were superb. The room was clean with attention to every detail. The views of the heads are spectacular. We had a great new years party at the hotel and once checked in we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed many swims in the sparkling, rim flow pool as well as wining and dining. Jordan went the extra mile to make sure that all our needs were taken care of. We definitely want to return asap!
