  • Guest：Si tratta sicuramente di un ottimo albergo di nuova concezione con un bellissimo centro benessere, ampie stanze panoramiche e soprattutto estremamente comodo per chi scia , essendo molto vicino alla partenza degli impianti. peccato solo che non ci fosse nessuna attività o spazio dedicato ai ragazzini e bambini tranne una micro stanza semiabbandonata. nulla da ridire anche sul personale che ho trovato estremamente gentile ed educato; purtroppo non si puo' dire lo stesso della direzione .... veniamo quindi al punto per spiegare il motivo per cui ho messo 3 pallini (anche se avrei dovuto metterne uno solo!) Premetto che ho prenotato una suite per 4 persone già a settembre (per fine febbraio). subito dopo aver prenotato mi viene chiesto per mail di votare il ristorante al fine di ottenere un particolare premio, io non c'èro ancora stato ma per gentilezza l'ho fatto ugualmente (non ho ricevuto alcun ringraziamento) ad ogni modo il problema vero è questo e cerco di sintetizzarlo: purtroppo mia moglie non è potuta venire in quanto positiva al covid al momento della partenza (e anche nei giorni successivi). considerando il costo elevatissimo dell'albergo non è stata una rinuncia da poco. appena arrivato alla reception , senza che chiedessi nulla, mi dicono che per venirmi incontro mi faranno pagare per 3 persone visto che siamo in 3 (un adulto e due ragazzine). lo trovo gentile e corretto dal momento che consumeremo pasti , acqua e servizi per 3 e non per 4. ringrazio e accetto firmando.(hanno preteso che firmassi l'accettazione) finita la vacanza vado a controllare meglio e mi accorgo che alla fine ho pagato la stessa identica cifra prevista a settembre (per essere precisi 20€ in meno su parecchie migliaia di euro). dopo aver approfondito mi accorgo che invece che farmi pagare 2 adulti e due ragazzi come previsto , mi hanno messo in conto 3 adulti con il risultato che il totale è esattamente lo stesso!! chiamo e vengo liquidato con molta freddezza con questa giustificazione: "la vostra stanza non prevede una riduzione e comunque lei ha firmato l'accettazione al check in!" senza nemmeno chiedermi scusa per avermi praticamente preso in giro. adesso capisco che si tratti di un albergo di lusso per pochi ma prendere in giro cosi' i clienti che hanno fatto vari sacrifici per fare questa vacanza non mi sembra affatto corretto. io sicuramente non ci ritornero' e lo sconsigliero' ai miei conoscenti . consiglio all'hote Cristianaia di continuare a lavorare solo con i clienti stranieri che pagano qualsiasi cifra senza fiatare...
  • Guest：If you are after a hotel were the staff chase after you with a dustpan and brush and are at your beck and call this is not for you. However, if you want somewhere stylish, cool, and immaculately clean where all you have to do is ask then this is your place. it is a family run Hotel, and the family clearly care. The owners have great taste and continually reinvest. Personally I love it and will continue to return. This is a place for cool people, not the rowdy bling bling crowd. I am so grateful places like this still exist.
  • Guest：Wow. This has to be the BEST hotel I’ve been to in my lifetime. Not only is the view magnificent from all rooms, the service is exemplary and hotel itself is stunning. It was our first time in the Dolomites and the location is also close and easy access to all the best hiking trails in the area! From the second we got there to our check out, we were met with nothing but incredible service. We loved every moment of it. As someone who loves staying at 5 star hotels, this hotel is worthy of 5 stars with everything they provide. My boyfriend and I joked that maybe we shouldn’t leave a review because the secret will be out and this hotel will become so expensive that we won’t be able to come ?? but we decided this hotel is WORTH 5 stars and more and we want it to achieve that final star as a family run business!! For our room - We got the Dream View suite with the tub inside the room and wow it did not disappoint. To sit in the tub and look out on the view ?? it was a splurge worth having!!! And the price of the room was incredibly fair. If you have any questions about which rooms are available, feel free to email them. They are quick to reply!! Every room they’ve redone to the more modern vibe is stunning and the views are amazing. For the food - Our room price was quoted with half board meaning our breakfast and dinner was included in our room rate. And HOLY MOLY is that food Michelin star worthy (though they don’t have any stars). An amazing buffet and a la carte menu in the morning and a 4 course meal for dinner. Every morning, you choose from the options for the dinner courses that evening. And they are amazing with dietary restrictions (I am gluten free celiac and dairy free and they ensured I had a meal for both every day). they would even go above and beyond to change the menu to have something you enjoy if you don’t like any of the course options. Also, if you get a chance, try the Wine “Amarone della Valpolicella” by Torre D’Orti on their wine list. it’s spectacular with their dinner menu. Anyways, if you’re looking for an incredible hotel in the Dolomites, look NO FURTHER! This hotel is a dream and I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone!! We will be back at this hotel early next year. Was worth every penny. ??
  • Guest：Great location and idyllic surroundings - in the beautiful town of La Villa. A great hotel as a base for hikers and bikers in the Dolomites - a few minutes' walk to the La Illa cable car. Bus stop right next to the hotel - very good communication to hiking trails in all directions. Super comfortable room with a very large balcony and a beautiful view of Sassongher and La Illa. Very good breakfasts from 07:00 - you can order fried eggs, omelette, pancakes, etc., cake in the afternoon, and good and sumptuous dinners. Fantastic SPA zone - a large outdoor swimming pool in a nice garden overlooking the Dolomites, an indoor swimming pool + several saunas, including one with a panoramic view. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, especially Marianna :) In general, the place is a bit snobbish, the staff in the restaurant is a bit pompous, but this is probably due to the price of the hotel. This didn't stop us from having a fantastic holiday, because the most important thing for us were the Dolomites around us :)
