  • Guest：We had a standard double room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated next to the river and breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the river is extremely pleasant. The hotel restaurant serves very good quality food but the menu is limited. Restaurants, shops and Cafe's are within walking distance.
  • Guest：If North Wales is one of destinations in Great Britain, do not hesitate to book this gem of a hotel in Betws y Coed, Snowdonia. We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our four poster bed with magnificent views of the River Conwy and lush and picturesque gardens with sheep grazing! The staff here are very friendly and pleasant, especially Michelle and Dale. Enjoyed delightful breakfasts with the River views. The Welsh dinner was exceptional and presented an exquisite cuisine, especially the lamb. This was one of our highlights of our trip! Thank you!
